I began practing law after completing extensive academic studies and significant time gaining practical experience. Prior to opening up my his doors in May of 2008, I worked as a paralegal assisting attorneys handling large dollar property losses around the country. I also assisted many attorneys as a clerk or contract attorney on a range of matters and in several jurisdictions including Oregon, Iowa, Texas, and Oklahoma. I am licensed to practice law in Oregon and Washington, as well as the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community and Confederated Tribes of Siletz. Since opening I have provided legal assistance to various clients in many matters including general civil litigation, complex contract reviews, regulatory licensing, and business entity formation. I am an active member of the legal community with memberships in the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and numberous Oregon State Bar Sections relevant to my practice areas. I also serve on numerous committees representing the the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Jewish Federation of Greater Portland I moved to Oregon in January of 2006 to complete an LL.M. degree in Environmental Law at Lewis and Clark College of Law. Oregon presented an ideal setting as a long-term location due to its many recreational options, sense of community and opportunities to pursue other dreams including an interest in wine making. When not assisting clients I am most likely enjoying these activities. I currently serve on the board of directors for the Portland Triathlon Club and regularly participates or volunteers at local events. |
